The following Privacy Policy describes issues related to the use of

the portal www.oneexpert.pl (hereinafter: “Oneexpert.pl”).

Our goal is to ensure your sense of security on our website, which is why your privacy and personal data protection are very important to us. We assure you that your data will be processed transparently and fairly, and that we will make every effort to treat it with caution and responsibility.

The following Privacy Policy aims to inform you about how we use your personal data, in respect of which we comply with all requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: “GDPR”).

  1. Data Controller

The controller of your personal data, within the meaning of the GDPR, is Global Digital Cloud Solutions Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Gdańsk, ul.   1. Purposes and legal bases for data processing

Your personal data may be processed by the Controller on the basis of:

  1. a) necessity for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), separately for the purpose of:

(i) support in the recruitment process;
(ii) using training application forms, determining training preferences;
(iii) enabling access to materials related to the topics discussed on the website;

  1. b) consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), for the purpose of marketing entities cooperating with the Controller;
  2. c) the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), separately for the purpose of:

(i) marketing of the Controller’s own products and services, including for analytical and profiling purposes, where the Controller’s legitimate interest is to conduct direct marketing of its own products and services. Data profiling aims to prepare an offer of OneExpert.pl products that takes into account website users’ preferences;
(ii) using contact forms provided by the Controller on the website, where the Controller’s legitimate interest is to provide support to website users and answer questions;
(iii) defense against potential claims, where the Controller’s legitimate interest is to pursue or defend claims.

  1. Transfer of personal data

Data may be transferred to entities processing it on our behalf based on agreements concluded with the Controller, but only for the purpose and scope necessary for the realization of the aforementioned purposes, including, among others, in connection with ongoing recruitment to entities with whom the Controller has concluded agreements, entities providing services to us, training, IT services, or other services ensuring the proper functioning of the website, provided that such entities process data only in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.

We transfer your data only to entities located within the European Economic Area and thus subject to strict EU data protection regulations, or to those bound by an appropriate security standard. Data transfer to third countries is not currently practiced or planned by us.

  1. Personal data retention period

We process your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of its storage or as long as we are required to do so by law, in particular until the expiry of any claims or the expiry of the archiving obligation resulting from legal provisions, including the obligation to store accounting documents.

In the case of processing personal data for the purpose of providing recruitment services, using training application forms, and enabling access to materials related to the topics discussed on the website, your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to provide this service, until you resign from it.

If personal data is processed based on your consent, your data will be stored until you withdraw it. You can withdraw your consent given on the website at any time, including consent to process data for marketing purposes of entities cooperating with the Controller. Withdrawal of consent to processing will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

If your data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the administrator, the Administrator will stop processing the data earlier if you effectively object to the data processing.

Right of access to data

You have the right to obtain information from us regarding your personal data stored by us, including a copy of this data.

Right to rectification of data

You have the right to request the rectification of your personal data that is inaccurate. Taking into account the purposes of processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement.

Right to erasure of data

You have the right to demand the erasure of your personal data stored by us in the following cases:

  • Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected,
  • you have withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for processing,
  • you have objected to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing or the objection concerns the processing of data for direct marketing purposes,
  • personal data has been processed unlawfully,
  • personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation provided for in Union or national law,
  • personal data has been collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1) of the GDPR.

Right to data portability

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, if the processing of this data is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.
If you request that this data be transmitted to another data controller, this will be done, if technically feasible.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted in the following cases:

  • you contest the accuracy of the personal data – for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the data,
  • the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request instead the restriction of their use,
  • we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims,
  • you have objected pursuant to Article 21(1) to processing – pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override your grounds for objection.

Right to object to processing

If your personal data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the controller, you have the right to object at any time to the processing, in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR.

Right to withdraw consent

You have the right to withdraw your expressed consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent to processing will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
