The legal basis for processing your personal data is the Controller’s legitimate interest, which is proper customer service, including responding to questions directed to us (i.e., Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, hereinafter: “GDPR”).

The data will only be transferred to entities providing support services to us, including training, accounting, HR, and IT services, whereby such entities process data based on agreements concluded with us and solely according to the Controller’s instructions. Apart from the mentioned entities, your data may only be shared upon request from entities authorized by law.

Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be used by us for the period necessary to provide a response. Providing personal data is voluntary, but not providing it means we cannot respond to your inquiry.
